Our Vision

A transformed and just society where children, youth, and families affected by incarceration experience healing, dignity, and renewed opportunity.

Our Mission

To restore hope and dignity to individuals affected by incarceration; especially children, at-risk youth, and re-entry citizens; through Christian-based mentorship, life skills training, psychosocial support, and economic empowerment programs that reduce recidivism, alleviate poverty, and foster sustainable reintegration into society.

Peace Keepers Restorative Initiative

The Peace Keepers Restorative Program is designed to nurture young people into becoming active agents of peace and positive change within their communities. Through this initiative, we equip students especially those from Tabitha Safe House and surrounding communities whose families face social challenges or parental incarceration, with essential skills for conflict resolution, empathy, and leadership.

Using the PeaceKeeper Implementation Manual by Jen Williams, our team provides practical guidance and proven approaches that foster understanding, restore relationships, and build harmony. The program encourages participants to take responsibility, promote dialogue, and become advocates for non-violence and reconciliation in their schools, families, and neighborhoods.

Our goal is to raise a generation of peace builders who can transform conflict into cooperation and pain into purpose. Join us in shaping tomorrow’s peacekeepers.

Family Tracing for Prisoners

The Family Tracing Program is a vital part of our holistic approach to prisoner rehabilitation and reintegration. Maintaining family contact and support plays a crucial role in improving a prisoner’s psychological well-being and motivating positive transformation.

Through this program, we help reconnect inmates with their loved ones especially children separated from their parents due to incarceration. We facilitate communication, arrange family visits, and provide emotional support to both the prisoners and their families.

By restoring these vital connections, we bring hope, healing, and a renewed sense of belonging essential steps toward successful rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

Tabithah Safe House

the vision of Behind Tabitha Safe House is to bring peace to parents in prison and provide a safe, Christian-based home to care for their children in their time of need. We will glorify God by ensuring every child learns about the teachings of Christ and that our main purpose in life is to honor and serve Him. Every child that enters Tabitha House will be treated with love and respect and will have all their physical needs met. They will receive a warm, clean bed to sleep in, three healthy nutritious meals per day and clean clothes to wear. Their access to education will be a top priority and all their medical needs will be met.

We will foster a healthy environment by enrolling each child in public school and involving them in their community by enrolling them in activities that match their interests. We will also introduce each child to other children in their community to build strong friendships that will help foster a sense of place and identity within their community.

National Recognition

Over the years, our work has received national recognition for its impact and leadership in advancing child rights. On 26th January 2026, our organization was featured in a national newspaper in acknowledgment of our pioneering efforts in child rights education and our advocacy for children with incarcerated parents.

The feature also highlighted our Tabitha Safe House as a vital community centre and stigma-reduction hub, providing a safe, supportive space where children of incarcerated parents can heal, learn, and rebuild confidence. This national coverage affirmed our role in bringing visibility to one of the most overlooked and vulnerable groups in society and reinforced the importance of our mission to protect, educate, and restore hope for affected children and their families
